Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our
web hosting services within the first 30 days of your contract, for
any reason, you will be
given a full refund of the contract amount excluding any setup fees,
domain processing fees or overages that may have occurred.
This web hosting policy does not apply to any additional services such as
bandwidth, additional disk space, extra features, etc. All web
hosting cancellations must be
received in writing as per the deadlines indicated in your web
hosting contract; regular mail,
e-mail and fax notifications are acceptable.
SPECIAL NOTE:
NO phone requests will be accepted to initiate any type of cancellation.
Absolutely no one other than the person who has signed the contract
may add, change, cancel or receive any refund. |
